  • Fleet data: vehicle VINs, plates, registration states, manufacture year, make/model
  • Driver data: names, CDL numbers, medical card dates, endorsements (when using compliance features)
  • Payment information: processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card numbers
  • Usage data: login times, pages visited, features used

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Deliver fleet management, maintenance, compliance, and operations services
  • Process billing and manage your subscription
  • Send platform alerts, deadline notifications, and operational reminders
  • Improve the Service and develop new features
  • Respond to support requests and demo inquiries

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with:

  • Stripe: payment processing
  • Resend: transactional email delivery
  • Law enforcement: when required by law or legal process

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and role-based access controls. Payment data is handled by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, we retain records for 12 months for billing and compliance audit purposes, then delete them. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@atdsystems.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA.

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for authentication (JWT tokens stored in localStorage) and theme preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
