Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective Date: March 1, 2026
No Long-Term Contracts
ATD Systems subscriptions are billed month-to-month. There are no annual commitments or early termination fees on standard plans. Enterprise plans may have separate terms agreed to in writing.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Self-service: Click "Manage Subscription" on the Billing page in your platform dashboard
- Email: Send a cancellation request to info@atdsystems.com

What Happens When You Cancel
- Your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period
- You retain full access to the platform and your data until the period ends
- No further charges will be made after the current period
- Automated monitoring, notifications, and integrations stop at the end of the billing period
Refund Policy
- Current billing period: We do not prorate or refund the current month's charges
- Billing errors: If you were charged in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount), contact us within 30 days for a full correction
- Service issues: If the Service was materially unavailable for an extended period, contact us to discuss a credit or refund
Data After Cancellation
We retain your account and platform data for 12 months after cancellation for your reference. You may request a data export or earlier deletion by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for details.
