Common Questions
Who writes the words?
We do, with you. You tell us what matters to your customers, we write it, and you approve every word.
How many revisions do I get?
Two rounds of revisions before your site goes live. After that, one small text or photo change a month is included in the $39.
When can you start?
When you sign, we'll give you a start date. We build a few sites at a time so each one gets proper attention. Your deposit is charged on your start date, and you can cancel for free any time before then.
When do I pay?
Paying upfront: $500 on your start date, and the rest ($499) when you approve your site, before it goes live. On $0 down: nothing to start; your $125 monthly payments begin when your site goes live.
How long do I have to approve?
When we send you a preview, you have 14 days to approve it or ask for changes. We'll remind you after 7 days. These 14 days are your time to reply; they are not a promise of how quickly we build.
How does $0 down work?
You pay nothing to start. Your first payment is due when you approve the site and it goes live. Then it's $125 a month for 12 months ($39 for hosting and care, plus $86 toward the build), and after that $39 a month, month to month. If you leave or want to pay off early, you pay $86 for each month left. Your site files are handed over once all 12 of those $86 payments are made. If you cancel after we start work but before your site goes live, there's a $250 fee.
Can you design my logo?
Yes. We design your logo with you and deliver finished vector files: 2 concepts and 2 rounds of changes, your final logo in horizontal and stacked versions in 5 colours, a favicon set and a one-page brand sheet. It's $499: $250 to start and $249 when you receive your final files, or $43 a month for 12 months with the $0-down website. Once it's paid in full, we assign you all rights we hold in your final logo; it's yours to use and register as your trademark. Want a professional designer instead? Talk to us.
Do I need a logo?
No. Send us yours and we build around it, or add a logo package.
Can I make changes?
One small text or photo change a month is included in the $39.
Is there a contract?
The $39 a month plan is month to month. $0 down is a 12-month agreement: $125 a month, which includes $86 a month toward building your site (how $0 down works). After that, it's $39 a month, month to month.
